Hello, and welcome to this Grubhub dashboard walkthrough. In this video, we will show you how to grant user access to the dashboard.
Periodically, you may find that you will need to offer access to the dashboard for other members of your organization. In order to do so, click the Settings tab on the left-hand panel. From the drop-down menu, click Manager access settings. On the Manager Access Settings page you will see a running list of all users that currently have access to your dashboard. To add a new member click the Add New Manager button and enter the user’s email address they’d like associated with their account.
Select the level of access you’d like to grant, and the specific locations, if applicable, then click Grant Access.
PLEASE NOTE: The level of access that you may grant depends on the level of access that you possess. A good rule of thumb is to remember you can grant users access at your level or lower. You’ll never be able to grant any one a higher access than you have.
Once you add a new manager, they’ll receive an email to the address you entered, prompting them to set up their account. From the Manager Access Settings page, you can either edit a manager’s location access or delete the manager’s account.
