I paid a hardware deposit; how do I return the hardware for a refund?

If you have paid a deposit you would like returned, please email support@thelevelup.com and request a pre-paid return label for assistance in returning your hardware. Once we receive returned hardware, we’ll refund the amount back to your account. 

If you did not pay a deposit and/or do not wish to return your hardware, you may recycle it.
