Max Order Error: Order too Large

All LevelUp merchants have a limit on the amount that can be spent in a 24-hour span. This is for many reasons, but, primarily, because the rewards app is meant to be used by individuals instead of businesses, so is meant to handle smaller transactions rather than larger catering orders.

The merchant max is decided by the merchant and is, on average, between $500 and $1000 in a 24-hour period. Orders that would exceed that amount will not succeed. To place those orders, please do so via a tender other than LevelUp.

Most merchants do not allow rewards credit to be earned for orders that exceed the max order amount but, if you’d like to request an exception, please reach out to that merchant directly through their customer support number or ‘Contact Us’ page.
