What happens when a LevelUp customer’s credit or debit card gets declined?

If a credit or debit card that is linked to a LevelUp account is declined, the LevelUp transaction will not process. The LevelUp QR Code will scan, but the transaction will display an error to alert you to the fact that the payment was declined.

Handle the conversation with the customer as you would a customer whose physical credit or debit card has been declined, and politely ask for another form of payment.
