Can a customer pay with LevelUp without linking a card?

No. LevelUp requires at least one debit or credit card to be linked. All LevelUp users need to be authenticated as customers who have the ability to pay. Linking a card allows us to identify these people and filter out those who don’t have the ability to pay.
