I referred a friend, but I haven’t received my credit

In order to receive your "Refer-a-Friend" referral bonus, your referee must spend both the credit that you sent their way plus a matching value of non-credit via the specific merchant's app, after which your referral bonus will be automatically added to your account.

If you've not yet received your referral credit then it's possible your referee either hasn't transacted just yet through the app, or if they have, then they likely haven't spent the requisite matching amount of non-credit.

You may want to touch base with the person you referred to confirm that they've done this, however if you find that they've met the above requirements and the credit still hasn't been unlocked on your account, please let us know the e-mail address your referee signed up for the app with and we'd be happy to look into this further for you!
